Right i've got a couple of chain tugs to set up my winter singlespeed, but in true On-one fashion they didn't come with any instructions, possibly because they believe them to be idiot proof, if that's the case could someone kindly tell an idiot+ how they work, preferable with pictures!

You shouldn't need one on the non drive side.
