I suffer for my fiddling, and I am currently all hot and bothered about my rebound adjustments and the correct setting thereof. My Sag is correct to one billionth of a mm, but that is quantifyable and easy, but rebound is open to interpretation and I am not good enough to tell the difference ๐
Rear. I have read "Ride off a kerb and adjust rebound so suspension rests in one cycle" well I cant tell the difference, apart from the super slow settings
Front. Something about riding along a ladder
Im 95kg.
Anyone have any tips?
I set front off the bike, Bounce front end, If it feels like its pushing against me slow it down, and if i can get the wheel off the floor speed it up.
Base setting on rear: jump on bike ride along and pop rear wheel, If i can lift before it extends speed up the rebound and fine tune down a trail if its packing down it needs to be faster.
Never gone wrong at that, Apart from i can't get the rebound any faster on my Fox rear, More air would mean my sag suffers ๐
Im off out tomorrow morning so Ill have a play. Ta
