New car time this year and just having a think about what I could get.
Guessing a big estate or MPV? We've just ordered a citroen c4 Picasso, while it will swallow multiple bikes, their front wheels need to come off, which isn't exactly a hassle.
This might help.

Goes in my Astra when laid on it's side. - No pics. Have to put seatpost down though. (and it's got 26" wheels)
I don't have pics but all my bikes (fatbike, big enduro 29er, all with wide bars etc) fit in the back of my mondeo with the back seats down. I can fit any 2 of them in at a time with the wheels on, but I don't, because it's a total bollocks to get them in and a nightmare to get them back out, so a wheel comes off for that (3 bikes go in with 1 wheel off and room to spare)
