Loving that photo Richmars....but could you explain what the hell is going on there?!
I've been staring at it for a while and need you to explain the wheel size, frame geometry etc to me!....the only way it makes sense to me is if you're about 8ft tall....
I rarely race as I prefer to bimble along enjoying the scenery but occasionally I can be tempted to give it a go...

glentress 7 2013, after crashing in the ONLY muddy part of the course
one of the hardest road races this year, 60mph winds and an 8 mile climb to start ๐ . 60% bunch disappeared

This was in the 90's when triathletes used 650C wheels. (Not sure why, just to be different?). The frame was custom made for me by Roberts.
The race was a duathlon, total of 26 miles running and 112 miles on bike.

2013 Manx 100 http://www.andrewhowett.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/the-manx-100-and-bit.html
Two wheel drifting in to a corner at Pearce Series Round 2 2010 at Bringewood. The main track was too muddy and treacherous even for the elites to get down the first 100m! So the main man, legend and all round nice guy that is Dave Pearce taped in a 'new' top section down the side of the hill and the riders kicked the leaves and logs out the way and rode it in on practice day until there was a track. Loose and loamy and wet doesn't even nearly cover it
