..I'm not fussy.

Got a Pink 16" frame to build up as I sold my old bikes so show me how you've built up yours. I'm thinking 140mm forks wide bars 70mm stem and a long seatpost.

You'll probably want some wheels to go with that lot.

Sorry. There were only 3 in stock when I ordered mine. Glad I ordered it when I did now.

poppa I was hoping to get away without any to try and save a bit of weight. Everybody is always saying rotating weight is where it really counts.

Have a look at my user profile. I posted up a pic on the show me your bike thread. Can't post pics at the moment as I am on my phone and its a pain in the ass to get the link.

It's as pink as they come.

not quite pink but almost...
with Orange F8 fork.. great on the local gorse common.. especially on the more techy stuff around the military training areas.. like riding a stealth bomber..

[img] [/img]

with Revelation 426 U-turn.. good fun on fast flowy downs.. I'm preferring the rigid fork at the moment though..

Went for a lap of the local single track this morning and was enjoying the bike so much I made it two laps...had the wife not been waiting for me at home with a paint brush I'd still be lapping.

a 16" with 80mm stem, feels spot on for me (5'10). went for the conservative choccy brown which i am actually really pleased with (would never in a month of sundays thought of asking for a brown bike) and in come lights is more of a metallic bronze.

No riding/action pics, this is immediately post build. Selling the 55Rs for some lighter RS Revs (bought the 55Rs for the previous FS frame).

It's got a 70mm (or maybe it's shorter?) ControlTech FX stem on it, 685mm Easton EA70 MonkeyLite low risers and some Reba SL forks, still at 100mm that I've not got round to lengthening to 120mm (but I will do soon...)

Love it to bits - great fun, no nonsense, proper bike. It looks even better now it's not got mudguards all over too. Mmmmm... dusty trails. ๐Ÿ™‚

Love that brown colour. I want a 456 but I reckon they'd be too long for me.

Mine is starting to look like a bike now. Will hopefully have it ready for Thursdays night ride.

Im loving the colour. Best thing about it is that no self respecting chav would be seen dead with it.

Here's the wife's pink 456 - warning: mucho pink content. Pink Hopes, pink SRAM rear D, pink and white girlie saddle, some other pink bits I forget. Being held up by my daughter who also likes pink. I ride a blue Giant, BTW, just to balance it all out.
