ISP frames.....whos got one, pros & cons apart from the seatpost not going up and down 😀

I have a road frame with one.
Pros - I cant think of many? Less weight? Looks cooler?
Cons - Cant put the seat down (dont need to on a road bike anyway) It s also a bit short for my long legs so I have to run it a bit higher than I should.
