Folks,
I am thinking of building up a cross/tourer/city bike with Coaster brake so show me yours bike with coaster brake if you have one.
Thinking of building up with a reasonable priced frame such as On-One Pompetamine, Cotic Roadrat, Genesis Day-One, Singular something (not sure which one), Raleigh Sojourn (not horizontal dropout) ... haven't decided yet but I think a horizontal/track dropout is more suitable.
Oh ya ... which coaster brake is the most reliable.

I've been after a coaster brake for my Giant Stonebreaker for some years now. I've got a drum brake for the front but haven't yet found a coaster for the back with a wide enough axle 🙁 (I could probably buy one brand-new but prefer to trawl recycling centres & skips, both here and abroad where coaster brakes are more commomn)

hmmm ... guess it's that popular here so I guess I might simply go Alfine 11. Was thinking of velosteel coaster brake hub or Shimano.
