Wondering how freakishly small a 49cm frame would look. Extra points for being a jake the snake but anything drop bared would do for an idea. I know it doesn't matter what it looks like if it's the right side but I'm curious.
Used to ride a 52cm Condor Italia but fear it would be too big for cross

I have a XS Tricross. 49cm . Dunno what size road bike I should be riding now but I have a 30" inside leg. Back in the god old days that was worth a 21" frame. I like the small frame. Just feels nice.
Mine's a 50cm Surly Traveller's Check, this was it in SS mode, currently geared with bar end shifters, Vs and 29er tyres 🙂

That Cross check seemed to go up hills pretty weel in the FOD last year from what I remember !
Thanks Qwerty that's perfect 🙂 It's not as bad as I'd feared. Is that cannondale badboy also yours in the pics? It's a badboy I am hoping to replace with the jake the snake 🙂
