Ive got most of the bits together now to build a 29er. Almost certain i'll go for a 19.5" Scandal as the geometry/sizing on paper seems similar to my current bike. Im 6ft 2" with 34" leg and run a fair bit of seatpost.

Any pics out there?

How tall are you? Also, how do you find the Tora's?

just a smidge under 6ft, but with a 33" inside leg. I wondered whether to go for the 18" but I prefer the longer top tube and then adjust reach with the stem. It rides great, it's fast and pretty agile. Quite punishing on ya butt mind, but that's just down to years on a FS. Toras are OK - pretty basic, quite heavy, make weird squishing noise on the damping, but they're nice and stiff, good for the money.

I'm a touch under 6'2" (1.87m) and ride an 18"....
I run a 110m stem & a 400mm seatpost almost on max.
Seems fine to me but I haven't tried a 19.5 so maybe it is?

Summer road mode (will be winter off road with rebas and risers), bars now lower, triple up front, close ratio cassette out back and black saddle. About to go drop bar. I'm 6'2" but leggy. EDIT; its a 19.5!
