Calling Garmin Virb users - does your Virb/Virb Elite sync with Garmin Express?
I've just started using mine - I can register the Virb Elite so that it appears as a device on my Garmin Express 'dashboard' when connected with the USB cable, and it seems to do things like check for software updates and install them etc, but at no point does it seem to attempt to sync activities. Whereas my Garmin 800 just syncs every time I connect it with the USB cable.
Is this normal? I can still upload activities manually, e.g. to Garmin Connect, but I have to drag and drop the .fit files, which seems odd.
Anyone else successfully syncing their Virb with Garmin Express?

ps - support ticket already raised with Garmin, but unlikely to get a response in under 3 days.
Yes it should but I get errors on some uploads.
Also if you have loop turned on each 2 minute segment get uploaded separately.
Thanks riddoch. I think I have loop set to 30 mins, but will try turning off.
Garmin Express doesn't give any errors - it just doesn't appear to make any attempt to sync. Most frustrating...
