Right, firstly this topic may reek a little of skool boy content so apologies in advance.
I currenty ride using crankbros clipless pedals and some cheapo specialized BG sport MTB shoes.
I'm looking at getting some more trainer esq shoes but also would like something to ride flats - properly, not just to the pub, as well as clipless. Is it possible to tick both boxes with one pair of shoes?
Obviously I wouldnt expect this said shoe to be an expert at both clipless and flats and could sacrifice a little performance, but the shoe would have to perform well enough to ride trail centres in either flat or clipless.
Any ideas & experiances?
yes it is just trying to find a link for you!
here you go shimano dx
Shimano MP66?
Or the new 5:10 Greg Minaar?
661 somethingorother as worn by most of the Atherton family?
Ah I've seen the shimano dx's used a lot and they're not too pricey.
Mostly seen these ridden clipped in, anyone using them happily with flats too?
Cheers for the posts.
