Very nice. I'd use handlebar grips and brakes personally though.

^^^ There was an LBS at fort bill weekend with a pile of current year chama's at £299 each (choice of sizes) so suggest £275 is trade+vat price

There's a lot of spalling on those bricks.

Bike looks nice 🙂

Yes, if you could move that nice looking bike out of the way we could form a proper assessment of the condition of that brickwork. I think it needs looking at in the first instance.

Steerer tube spacers suggest an unwillingness to commit. Very, very nice besides that.

Defo needs pointing in places. I'd leave it for a while cos if that spalling gets any worse its gonna fall down anyway. Best to move your bike....nice btw..fancying some hans dampf tyres
