[Closed] Shimano xt front shifter slips out of the big dog after about 3 mins.

As above really.

Ths is my front shifter

All my cables are new, but as i change up into the big cogs, it stays there for a while and then decides to change into the the little cog all by its self.

Sounds like the shifter mechanism is releasing after a bit. Perhaps try flushing the mechanism out with some thin lube and then use it with the cable removed to get it worked into all the parts, then flush it with some thicker lube or some spray gease once its loostened up a bit.
Might be worth cleaning the outers and inner cables too while you're at it.

I'm giggling after looking at that picture of Westwood and imagining he's assuming the position to have an XT front shifter inserted.

Westwood would definately use xtr i think.
