Just a quick q about sizing. I've read a few things saying these come up small. Was going to order online so can't try on. Any idea if they come up smaller than older shimano shoes? I have a pair of xc61's that have just fallen apart, not sure whether to order same size or one larger?

I'm normally a 45 in Shimano shoes and ended up with 46 in the XC7's

Cheers, that seems to be the standard. How do you find them? Seems like they will be ideal for cx (though I'll duck tape up the mesh on the front)

They're great shoes, very stiff soles so I wouldn't fancy running in them if I'm honest.

Hmm, the reviews suggest they built in more flex. mabe not the best choice..

They're a damn sight stiffer than my Northwave Hammers that's for sure.
