I'm joining Ultegra R8020 levers to Hope RX4 calipers. I have all the fittings so just need the plain hose. Where can I get some? I'm convinced I saw a 3m length of BH90 for sale on line but can't find it anywhere.
Whatever you do, promise you wont buy the cheap aftermarket stuff off Amazon.
I did during peak-covid lockdown struggles, and its honestly not evn bordering, but completely and honestly lethal. Its hard plastic and splits/cracks when you push the insert in and then I managed to burst it. Very, very bad.
I’ve got a 1700mm BH90 kit and a BH59 1700mm kit that are surplus, I can’t remember the difference as I’m out at the moment but I’m sure someone on here will know. Direct message me if you’re interested.
Only the barbs are different between BH90 and BH59. The hose is the same. You can pick up the barbs for next to nothing.
From memory - BH90 (which is what you want) are silver (and smaller) and BH59 are brass (and bigger).
Uberbike do brake hose kits and also sell lengths of plain hose. I've used their hoses before to fix an old Hope brake and the quality was good.
Pretty sure we have a box of BH-90 in the warehouse, will check in the morning for you.
i bought 3m of cheap after market stuff from amazon, 1200 miles later I haven't died and brake hose seems fine too

Sorry, unable to e-mail, turns out i've got 2 nearly empty boxes, not 1 full and one nearly empty.
I used the cheapo amazon/ebay stuff last year and it was fine, it still is.
@Daffy - are you sure the hose is identical? I understood the BH59 and BH90 hoses had different internal bore diameter - hence the need for a different barb size. Could be wrong though.
Afraid not, need to keep what little we have as the numpties at Cannondale have been sending us euro braked bikes with hoses too short to reach the right brake lever. If i'd had a full box, you'd have been welcome to some.
