CRC out of stock on Magura QM12 (IS fork to 180mm post mount calliper) that I need for my Louises, but they do have Shimano ones in stock. Are they interchangeable, or does each manufacturer make them specific to their own brakes?

No guarantees on this,but you should be ok with a 180mm. 160mm adaptors don't always offer enough caliper clearance in the correct place, but 180mm should have more than enough room.

I've used Shimano on Marta without a problem. Should be fine.
