This particular combination has been out of stock for months AFAIK (except XTR), and I've seen a couple of posts here in that period by people wanting them - so mini-PSA for you.
At ProBikeKit, SLX M7100 only.
Perhaps other Shimano stuff folks have been waiting for has also come through.
