LMH from halfords or any car place - oil for citroen hydro systems

LHM, not LMH.

fwiw it's Liquide Hydraulique Minerale (with funny squiggles and shit over some of the letters)

Do *not* get LHS (for very old Citroens) by mistake. It is hideous. Prolly no longer available, but it would be a disaster if one of your mates digs up a can of "Citroen Oil" from the back of his dad's garage, and it turns out to be LHS.

A litre of Shimano stuff is £20..

A litre of Car Lube LHM down my local car spares is £6.80
