I have three sets of Shimano brakes - M810 Saints, a set of the new XTs, and a set of XTR 988 levers on Saint M810 calipers.
To my eternal shame, I've never bled a brake in my life. I feel it's high time I learned to do it.
What to I need to handle all of the above, and has anyone got decent how-to videos that work?

This'll do for the newer brakes.
And the great Leonard Zinn shows you how to do the older style (although I find a bottom up approach with a syringe more effective).
