I've a Cube that requires a SM-BB50. However, I cant get a like for like :-). But I do have a SM-BB90 XTR will this be OK or do I send it back to CRC and order a SM-bb80 (68/73).
Any thoughts .

that's fine, better. same thing but should last longer.

Yes that's fine. Shimano 24mm MTB external BBs are interchangeable.
