Im after a decent front light. Ive got a P7 torch but tbh I would prefer a dedicated bike specific light, with proper mounts etc. Ideally, something that will light up the unlit roads and trails. Not too heavy. I dont want to spend hundreds of pounds so what do you think would be the best thing to go for?

Cheers

Bastid for bottom dollar. Nothing comes close.

For good kit, see trout

Tested MaxxD against Magicshine the other week. MaxxD better than one Magicshine but not better than two. Two MS = £100-140.

Of course the warranty ain't necessarily as good and they may pack up more easily - so you might want to buy the same light in this country at say £100 a time - still cheaper than Hope and Exposure.

But you pays your money and you takes your choice. A chat to Trout is probably worthwhile of course.

I'd be buying from trout if I wasn't already over-kitted with lights.

Just picked up a couple of these, they got a great review in MBR

If your on a tight budget you could always just get the one.
