Took a friend out for a ride today who's just bought her first bike. Yes, it was slow, and no, we didn't go very far, but it was a great way to spend the day ... The sun shone, we stopped loads to 'admire the view' (aka to give her a chance to get her breathe back) and called in at several cafe's for a panad 🙂
Encouraging others to get into biking rocks 🙂

So true. There's a lot to be said for a leisurely poodle through the woods or the local village, taking time to see the sights and taking it all in.
