I'm going to have a bash at servicing my RP23, and at the same time as replacing all the seals, I was going to replace my shock bushings.
TF tuned do a sercice pack that includes the fox seal pack and replacement DP bushings. My question is, will I need new "top-hats" too? Or is it just the DP bushings that wear?
I know I can replace the whole lot - but I'm looking for a budget fix at the moment!
Top hats can wear but at a significantly slower rate than the sacrificial bushing (there whole purpose in life), I'd not bother replacing them unless, after you fit the bushing you still have play.

Actually, if you're ordering from Tf anyway I'd be getting a heavy duty kit while you're at it. Much better than the top hat setup
