I’m just fitting new bearings in a hope microspline freehub. I’ve done loads of HG ones over the years, but this is a PITA.
The split washer that holds the outside bearing only has about 1mm of edge to pull it away from its groove. I can pull it our with a tiny jewellery screwdriver but then it spins. Its like I need 4 hands.
Is there a specific tool to get these split washers out. Theres no holes on the end like a circlip would have.
