Ton, you can't please everyone but aim of taking ride photos is get folk to look and keeping coming back to look at website photos and maybe they will come out on South Lakes Group ride and yes we need more members coming out on rides, one advantage of joining the group is that you can going out with any other RSF group.

I retire in October and live in bolton, so will hopefully be getting out on some rides

I have to agree with Tony this time around - maybe ease back just a little on the processing - I'm a bugger for it too though and it can be fun, just looks a little too much sometimes.

I was going to have a moan at you for not including your fellow riders - until I read your ride report 🙂 What's up with 'em all - don't tell me the RSF are all fair weather riders? 😉

Hi Dave,

The reason, I post ride photos on forums like Singletrack, is get folk think about going out with the RSF as the national club needs more members it costs £12 a year to join and for that get six magazines a year, plus you can going out with any local RSF Group.
With regards to Shap ride quite a few of regular riders were on holiday or just doing other things but again we need more folk to support the group by coming out.
With regards to Sundays ride the weather conditions at times were grim ie it pour down at times but we had enjoyable ride stopping at new cafe which well stock with cakes.
