I've just ordered some stuff from Rose which on reflection I might not want...It seems they include some sort of pre-paid return form...Has anyone used them and sent stuff back?

Yes I have, I miss ordered a couple of cassettes (my mistake I admitted it), a good 2/3 weeks after it arrived, as I'd bought them in advance, I contact them. They confirmed I just had to use the returns form and sticker. The emailed to let me know when it had arrived with them, and when they shipped out the correct replacement parts.

All very efficient, I can't recommend them highly enough

Thanks Z1ppy. I get the impression that the return postage is paid for by Rose and that all you have to do is hand it over at the Post office..Is that right?

yep and I've said it before some UK mailorder places could learn a lot from Rose..
The local village post office were a bit flustered by it, but once I pointed to the relevent information on the returns form, it all went smoothly.

The only bit I don't get Z1ppy is how can you prove you've posted it? If you send something back to Chain Reaction for example, it's gone by registered or signed for post and you'll be insured. If a parcel going back to Rose doesn't arrive, I'm wondering if you'd get your card credited. Did the post office give you anything?

TBH it was back in April so I don't honestly remember, but as a rule I always ask for some sort of proof of postage. Once they saw the instructions/code, to use on there postoffice computer, it was a normal/STD process
