I have to return some shoes to Bike24. They will only refund up to 15 euros but i'm struggling to find a tracked service for that price.
Any suggestions/experience?

Have you tried Royal Mail Airsure? It's a proper tracked mail service and will be around that price.

I sent a small package to China for £9, tracked (not while in transit but I could see when it arrived) with RM so you should have no problem

Just take the package to the post office and ask there.

Used to use an agent called Transglobal Express, always used to be cheaper than Royal Mail for small parcel international freight, mebbe still worth checking in case they still are.
