I'm after selling my Global TH1.5 frame and all the unfashionable XC bits that were attached but when I stripped it down I found that there's quite a bit of chainsuck damage to the RH chainstay. Years ago I had the same problem when I sold my Hei Hei, so I went and found a welder who blobbed in some titanium and refinished the tube for twenty quid during his lunch break. It sold for good money and the buyer and I were happy with the deal.

So... to repair or sell "as is"? Pictures below of the Global frame and the Hei Hei after repair. Any suggestions on price, either way?

Chainstay tube wall thickness for ti is typically 1.2mm so unless they are really deep gouges, best solution would be to try and smooth / polish to remove any potential stress-raisers. Price-wise will also depend on factors like wheel size and frame size - you might be lucky to find anyone wanting a 22" 26er vs a 15"?
