[Closed] seeping rebound adjuster Rockshox monarch rt3 high volume

so i've serviced this 3 times now and each time it gets worse.

Changed the relevant seals and filled with the correct wgt fluid but this rear damper just does not want to play ball!
I would pull the thing apart again but it means having to use a fresh bleed port ball and i dont have just the ball, as far as I know it come with the overghaul kit but I may be wrong.
So to summarise:

seals good
fluid good
ifp height good
rebuilt following instructions

so why it is not playing ball?
