Whilst cycling across France to get to the single speed euro champs, we were suddenly stopped in our tracks by this mysterious sign?

What can it mean?

Birthday party... That is a remarkably logical suggestion.... but I am not buying it, as we all know that the international code of birthday party road signs stipulate that they must be badly marked up on an old sheet, or have a some half inflated balloons.

One member of our mountainbike club over here in Belgium is also called Fanny.

I am sadly the only one who thinks references to the word Fanny are in any way amusing.
Even an American might be amused (though in a slightly different way) but I am forced to s**** to myself ๐Ÿ™

those furrows would be nasty in an xc race. Very tidy.
