Just found a hole in the heel of the outer, but not pierced the inner membrane.
Fixable or just leave it?
Annoying as pretty new and £30 plus a pair.

About two years ago I found a hole on my old pair of SealSkinz, on a toe. Right through all three layers. Mind, that the socks were about 2 years old and I had no proof of purchase (who would keep a receipt for a pair of socks for 2 years...). I emailed S'Skinz customer service, asking if there is a way of fixing/patching up the hole. They asked me to send them the socks for inspection. A week later there was a brand new pair of socks in the post for me! 😀

My Ultragrip gloves have 4 places, where the outer layer is ripped (the beauty of mountain biking...), but the membrane keeps strong.

Try to contact them.

Sounds like either your shoes don't fit properly or you've been walking around in them without shoes on (abrasion-the main cause for holes in SS socks)
Either way, drop them a line & see what they can do to help.

Tried their customer services - no joy even though very similar tale to medoramas.
You win some, you lose some 😕
