I went for a blast along the south downs yesterday, Old Winch Hill through to the downs link at Shoreham-on-sea. My GPS ran out of juice 2 hours in so I don't know what distance I actually covered.
Does anyone have data from the SDW and can measure distance from Queen Elizabeth country park (where my GPS died) to the downs link at Shorham? I think it is around 40 miles...

Draw it on bikehike or similar to work out your actual route, won't take long.
