maybe it's lost in translation but in the first ten minutes:

brakes, hands, arms inline: so you have a strong grip
8mm sag is the correct amount
front tyre higher than the rear: the front has a fork to soak up bumps, the rear needs more grip
pull up on the bar

This is all pretty rubbish advice (isn't it?) i think i might be able to do better (and i'm pretty crap)

Ha ha, I watched that too. Have you watched the program beforehand, the one thats picked two riders and training them up to do some challenge, with a eurotrash type voice over?
