Anyone done this? Is it OK?

I know On-One state 100mm max travel for the Scandal but I'm sure Brant set up his prototype with a 120mm fork at one time and surely others must have tried it.

Sorry not tried it but even with a 100mm fork the bike sits up very high as is typical with 29ers. I see no reason why you can't I'd just run it with an increased amount of sag.

Yup - have a 19.5" Scandal V2 with 120mm REBAs and a 70mm stem. Works fine in my opinion

The scandal v2 has a steep headangle so an extra 20mm of fork height will just slacken things by 1 degree which will make it about 71 degrees so still steeper than most frames so it will be fine I am sure.

I keep thinking about doing it to mine

Didn't suit my Inbred. Rode better at 100mm.
Not sure how simmillar the Scandal and Inbred are.
