1) Remind me what direction I have to turn the lockrings to undo them.
2) How do I access the lockrings with a Middleburn Uno chainset fitted. I can't get the supplied tool over the chainring - there's no space between the shell and the chainring? Is there another tool I could use?
Cheers,

1) Pretty sure its lefty loosey, righty tighty.
2) Its a poor system IMO. Maybe cut a bit off the tool so you can get it in? Although that might make it useless.
Aye, the lockrings are normal right hand threads.
Must agree about the tools, always bothered about not been able to tighten the chain on multi day rides ... tools are much too heavy to carry about. I'm considering getting some aluminium ones knocked up. I reckon you could cut about 20 degrees from the tool and it'd still work, don't know if that'd give you enough clearance.
