I quite fancy some Cowchipper bars but before i do is there anything else I should consider? They're going on an Escapade.

They're what I'd have got if they were available when I got my cowbells.
Assuming you've checked out the other Salsa options and the On-Ones, Genetic Digest might be worth a quick look before you press "buy".

They have a 12 degree flare which is a bit less than the 'chippers I think.
