Putting this out there …

Does the collective think it’s worth the time to post a used e-bike on the classifieds given the possible questions about warranty or battery longevity ?

I wouldn't bother. I'd just stick a (not very) stealth add in the main bike forum. 😉

Not everyone can afford a new bike, & just because it has no warranty doesn't mean it's worthless.
It's a free ad, unless you pay (is that still a thing?), so why-tf not?

Totally. I recently bought a used e-bike from the classifieds.

What have you got to loose. Try over on Pinkbike as well

We have sold two without having to advertise and bought two, one from Facebook and one from Pinkbike.

Can't hurt to put it on there but having recently posted a couple of items on there (full bike and a frame) it was very quiet. Could have been high price expectations on my part but I didn't get one enquiry. Put them both on eBay at the same time on a 10 day auction and they found what was probably the right price.

in your description include all the answers to the questions you anticipate being asked. it probably won’t stop all the questions, but it may reduce them.
