There's a note on the door saying the old lady has died. Her funeral was today. I think every bell in Morzine was ringing this afternoon.

Conjure up a taste of Mutzig in her memory.

Bless her... I shall toast her from my Mutzig glass this evening.

(Kindly given to me by the ladies rather than just taken)

Gutted. One of my nicest drunken memories from Morzine was slipping over in ski boots in the bar, When I opened my eyes she was peering at me disdainfully... whilst I stuggled to my feet I managed to say in my best French, Je suis desolee madame, cest mon pied. (I'm sorry miss, its my feet).
She tutted at me in a proper pissed of teacher way. I was never (horrifically) drunk in here establishment again.

A great loss to the area, lovely old woman. Have been drinking in robo for a few years now and she'd start poring my round as soon as she saw me get off my chair.
