Looking for a new one as my current one is out dated and not easy to use.

Google Reader for me.
If you're an Opera user then that has a nice RSS reader too, but with Google Reader it doesn't matter which computer you use.

Mac or PC?
NetNewsWire for the former, FeedDaemon for the latter. Both sync with Google Reader.

+1 for what Jim said - both work and sync perfectly (although IMO FD is better than NNW)
