The brakes are all adjusted and aligned correctly but what i am noticing is that when i use the brake it doesnt always return back to starting position and sits very close to the brake rim and sometimes catches. they are not old so its not spring fatigue but it feels like it might be a bit clogged up with grit and not so free moving. Does this mean i will have to take them apart or is there an easier way to free up the pivot/arms?
