I'm thinking they could benefit from a bit of TLC and not sure I can stretch to a TF job this month. I've looked at the manual and it seems a bit complex, can you do an oil change without going into such detail and does it make that much difference as to make it worthwhile? I've done 'easier' RS forks before and the lowers come off quite easily, the damper comes out quite easily so really it's only the air cartridge and u-turn assembly that wouldn't get removed.
