Something I sold on ebay has apparently gone missing. I have proof of posting fortunately.
I noticed they have an online form for reporting missing mail - any experience of this?

Might be safer? They do seem to lose a lot of snail mail 😉
Think I did eventually do [i]both[/i] mine by normal post but make sure you get copies of anything you send.
