Spoke snapped in the nipple, wheel is slightly out of true.
Popped in to a LBS, although not normally the one I use, enquired if they could do it and how much. They said they cant do Rovals 🙁
Is this normal? DO I need a new wheel or can my usual, which are pretty good repair the spoke and true the rim?

Needs to be a specialized dealer (ideally)....roval is specialized in house wheel brand.You'll need a new spoke+nipple from them.

Ive already stipped the wheel and tape and ready to drive before work and have a chat with them.
