Going up there for a holiday soon, and never really went that far north in the area, so is there any bits around there, not really looking for massive XC routes, but more interested in short fun stuff, is it a case of heading towards Craigvinean, what's there these days, not been in years!

Stayed there last year, there are trails the other side of the A9 at Pitlochry. I parked near the golf club and rode up through the woods.
Enduro-y stuff, some easy but some quite steep and greasy. Have a butcher's on Trailforks.
Definitely worth the short drive to Dunkeld. Huge number of trails across several hills there.

As above, dunkeld has some good stuff. If you fancied something a bit longer one day, glen tilt is good.
