[Closed] Rotating seatpost head...

In my attempt to recover from a stolen bike scenario I've blown most of my budget on frame and forks, and scrounged and begged parts. I've managed to get up and running in the space of a week thanks to kind friends and helpful bike shops. However - a free seatpost has developed a problem on the first ride. The head rotates around the post

Other than being really annoying - is this likely to kill me or can it be easily fixed with some superglue?

Or will I just die painfully when it falls off?

I had a joplin that did that, It was like trying to ride an office chair down Jacobs Ladder! I'd find my arse going left and the bike right.

To be fair to 2pure, it hadn't seen a spanner since i bought it the year before and they swapped it for a new one for a couple of quid.
