My bike's a SRAM-free zone at the moment so I know very little about the Matchmaker set-up, but I've seen a several good Reverb deals that are getting the wallet twitching. The problem is they've all got Matchmaker clamps.
Will the clamp work on its own, or do I need to be running Avid/SRAM to have a compatible clamp to bolt the Reverb remote onto?

Will work fine on its own, though if you've got SRAM brakes or shifters, it will integrate nicely with those too.
