hi all have some rockshox revelations 2010 i think ,think they are set up at 130 was just wondering if they can be changed to 140/150 without to much trouble cheers

Aye, almost certainly- spacers on the air spring. The exact method does vary from model to model but it's pretty much a case of taking it apart, finding the wee stack of plastic all-travel spacers, and taking them out. I did a set of Races and it took only a few minutes, though I also did a lowers service at the same time- rude not to.
