Hi
My friend bought an islabike creig with the rockshox recon xc fork.
It only compresses about 20mm then won't go any more.
It's a 100mm fork.
Pressure is fine.
Overall in good nic.
There is no lock out feature just rebound at the bottom.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hydraulic lock. O-ring at the bottom of the damper stanchion leaking damper fluid into the lower leg.

EvilhomerSimpson on eBay sells o ring kits cheap.
When my recon did the same thing I got one through work, but seem to remember it was a US size so not that easy to find. Since then I've just bought the o ring kits from said seller.
