So I have a pair of Recon Golds on my winter hardtail. Nothing fancy, but they worked brilliantly! They were overdue a service so I ordered a seal kit and set about servicing them. Whilst cleaning the air spring assembly i noticed that the piston head was cracked, it looked like it had been for some time. Fitted everything back together but now i have replaced the seals and everything is back as it should be I have a problem...So the fork holds air fine. However when you weight the fork o circulate through its travel you can hear air moving (guessing past the piston head) and the fork stick down and wont return to full travel. I have looked online to try and find somewhere that stocks a replacement, air spring assembly but cant find anywhere. I glued the piston head back together and it worked fine for a week but i now have the problem again. So I am pretty sure its this cracked piston.
Can anyone please direct me to an online UK provider that would carry stock?
Pic of what i actually need here:
Not sure how much the recon changed between years and models but this could do

Well i actually have a set of older 26" Golds my friend gave me to canabalise for parts. I have taken the airshaft out and it should fit but obviously the leg length is different! Balls will give it a go whats the worse that could happen
So I butchered an old set of 26" recon golds my mate gave me. Different airshaft but it fits and seems to be working perfectly!
