This turns your Poplock lever into an adjustable compression damping thingy I think, correct me if I'm wrong. Elsewhere they're about £60 by the looks.

I've got one of them. Was on my forks from new. It takes a lot of turns to make much difference but if you are someone who changes compression than I guess it is a must. Has saved me a few times when I didn't have enough air in the fork and no pump with me as I could increase the damping a bit to make it ridable.
